How long does processing and delivery take, and do you provide tracking?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, a tracking link is shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your order status.
Do you offer free shipping and deliver everywhere?
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or above a minimum cart value. We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
Can I change my address or request cancellation after placing an order?
Address changes or cancellation requests can be accepted before dispatch by contacting customer support as soon as possible.
What is your return, replacement, and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or eligible product for return, you can contact support within 24–48 hours with order details and photos. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. After inspection, replacements are arranged or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
