At Sevabhavi, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered. However, if you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we offer return or replacement under the following situations:
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The product is expired or close to expiry
(Medicines with less than 3 months of remaining shelf life are treated as near-expiry) - The product is damaged during transit
(Customers are advised not to accept packages with broken or tampered seals)
Partial Order Returns
- If your order contains multiple items, you may request a return or replacement for specific products or quantities instead of returning the entire order.
Return / Cancellation Request Timeline
- Return or cancellation requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests received after this period may not be accepted, at the discretion of Sevabhavi.
Return & Replacement Procedure
- To initiate a return request, please contact us via email at
contact@sevabhavi.in or sevabhavirasayanshala@gmail.com - Customers are required to share clear images of the product(s) highlighting the issue for verification
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved by our customer care team, a replacement order will be processed
- Reverse pickup of the product(s) will be arranged
- Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging
Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product, Sevabhavi will bear the reverse pickup cost (applicable for both prepaid and COD orders)
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order after placing it, shipping charges will be borne by the customer, regardless of the payment mode
Replacement Delivery Timeline
- Approved replacement orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days after verification.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds, wherever applicable, are processed within 30 to 45 days from approval.
